Celebrate the Long Summer Evenings at Tartare Café + Wine Bar

Summer season is kicking off at Tartare this month with extended opening hours and a new special Chef’s Choice Menu.

Over the summer months, Tartare will be open until late from Wednesday to Sunday – the perfect place to spend those long summer evenings with friends enjoying small local plates and selection of organic, biodynamic, and natural wines.

This summer, Tartare is also introducing a new Chef’s Choice Menu which offers diners an opportunity to experience the ultimate taste of Tartare. Each dish on the menu draws on a wealth of in-season West of Ireland produce, and features signature dishes of oysters and beef tartare, snacks and a series of shared small plates, followed by dessert. The cost is €45 per person and option is for an entire table only.

Tartare was inspired by JP and Drigin’s visits to Copenhagen and Berlin, and showcases the outstanding but underappreciated quality and legacy of oysters and grass-fed beef as local West of Ireland ingredients. Its other key focus is organic and biodynamic wines.

Tartare is located at 56 Lower Dominick Street, West End, Galway. Bookings can be made by phoning 091 567 803 or emailing [email protected].

The wine bar at Tartare is now open in the evenings from Wednesday to Sunday.
