Fresh mint is crushed with lime, topped with elderflower cordial and freshly whisked matcha, then finished with sparkling water. For long summer evenings, indulge in a creamy London Fog. Brew Earl Grey tea with lavender, then add sweetener and a splash of vanilla extract to your favourite mug. Strain the tea in, top with frothed milk of your choice, and finish with a sprinkle of lavender buds for the perfect comforting touch.
