New Dine At Home Range From Overends Kitchen

Overends Kitchen Farm Shop at Airfield Estate is delighted to offer its new Dine at Home offering, a carefully curated edit of Overends Kitchen’s favourite dishes that are wholesome, seasonal and produced from scratch by the Overends Kitchen team of chefs.The range includes four main course dishes, €14.50 (serves two) and two side dishes, at €6.50/ €7.50 (serves two), which will change in line with what’s in season.
Currently diners can choose from: BBQ Pulled Pork Shoulder Melt-in-the-mouth BBQ pork shoulder cooked low and slow and finished with a smokey BBQ sauce, crispy onions, coriander and chilli; Beef Bourguignon Delicious lean Irish beef slow cooked in a rich red wine and beef stock with button mushrooms, shallots, smoked pancetta and Irish vegetables; Lasagne Featuring a ragu of tomato and ground Irish beef, layered with thin sheets of pasta, classic Béchamel sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan; and Chicken and Broccoli Bake Free range Irish chicken and broccoli with white wine, grain mustard and shallots, finished with a mature cheddar and herb crust. Mains are complemented by a choice of two sides including Creamy Mash Potato, €6.50 (serves two), finished with fresh chives, and Cauliflower Gratin, €7.50 (serves two), in a decadent cream sauce with grated cheese and breadcrumbs.

The Dine at Home range by Overends Kitchen at Airfield Estate is a great addition to the offering at Overends Kitchen Farm Shop which also stocks seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs grown on Airfield Estate’s 38-acre farm, along with artisan produce from local suppliers, fresh baked goods and hot drinks to go.
