Pics from ‘The Whole Hog’ Cooking Class at the Michelin-star Galway Restaurant Aniar

With a max. of 8 students the cooking classes at Aniar Restaurant on Dominick Street in Galway provides a truly ‘up close and personal’ experience .

We made an incredible 10 dishes including Pork Fillet, Pork Belly in honey, apricot and sherry sauce, Confit of cured Pork Belly, Pigs Head Croquettes, a Pork Parfait and a host of purées and sauces to match.
