1. Strategy & Planning Session


Agency director, Olivia Collins, will provide strategic direction and consultancy services for developing the PR & Marketing messages. We will propose ideas to engage diners, leverage any food service relationships, and build partnerships to strengthen any marketing or PR activities. Sessions can be booked in advance via a calendar which will we will share with you. Sessions will be  conducted via online platform such as Google Hangouts  / Skype / Facetime. Before each session we’d like to take a look at what you are currently doing and what you’d like to get out of the session so a short exploratory form will be sent to you which you will then need to fill in and submit before the session – don’t worry, it’s not too painful.

Allow 1hr-1.5 hrs of your time for this session.

2. PR & Marketing Plan


Our team will brainstorm and deliver a PR & Marketing Plan which is generated based on session discussions and delivered via email.

The Food PR Team will review session, audit existing marketing,research your competitors. The PR & Marketing Plan will span 6 months. It outlines key dates in the food calendar, press activity and specific events. It also outlines social media campaigns and competitions to be rolled out in line with any other offline PR activities. This plan will act as a blueprint for all PR & Marketing activities and can be changed by user to suit any emerging opportunities.

3. Online Marketing Strategy *


A team of specialised social media consultants will work on a tailored Online and Social Media Strategy to align with the PR & Marketing Plan. The result will be a one-pager with a Online and Social Media Strategy overview outlining your key social messages, tone and style plus suggestions on campaigns and content. Note: Mouthful clients become part of the Food PR client roster for the 6 month period that the marketing plan spans. This helps us reach out to you when an opportunity comes up in this time frame or we may have ideas that emerge during that 6 month period.

Mouthful clients can then book an additional strategy planning session once the 6 month period has come to a close plus we are at hand with Mouthful On Demand PR Services which include Press Release writing, media distribution service, PR consultancy, media relations and more.
