Here are some pics of the Taste of India event which took place last month in Copper and Spices in Navan. Attended by friends, local businesses, tweeters and bloggers including Robert Jacobs, Kat Langan and Miss Henckls.
Run by husband and wife Carmel Corrigan and Nitin Gautam the restaurant gave a preview of their new summer tasting menu at a sell-out event on May 22nd.
Featuring authentic Indian dishes such as Tandoor baked monkfish and Kafir Lime Leaf and Wild Berry ice-cream, the menu was full of exotic dishes and kept everyone talking.
