Ireland has always fascinated one of the World’s Best Chef’s, Albert Adriá, but he’s never been.

Albert Adriá said “I am very excited to be part of it, as I has never been to Ireland before and it’s a country that has always fascinated me. I also feel honoured to be part of this edition of Food on the Edge”. Albert Adria’s talk is entitled ‘Sea as a Source’. When traveling, and specially when one cooks abroad, a chef realizes his frequent sources that end up characterizing its own cuisine.  In Albert’s case, having grown up (personally and professionally) in Cala Montjoi first and in Barcelona afterwards, seafood has always been a constant within his cuisine and with his restaurants. Spain is the second highest consumer of seafood after Japan. Want to be part of it? check out www.FoodOnTheEdge.ie and book your ticket.
