The Supper Club at Overends Kitchen in Airfield

A Stellar Autumn Winter Line-Up as New Supper Club launches at Overends Kitchen in Airfield Estate by Gather & Gather Ireland

The team at Gather & Gather Ireland and Overends Kitchen at Airfield Estate in Dundrum has just launched an exciting new Supper Club series which welcomes well-known chefs from home and abroad hosting evenings of food and fun in the beautiful surroundings of the 38-acre working farm and gardens, Airfield Estate.

Each Supper Club evening will see the chefs showcase their menu in collaboration with the team from Overends Kitchen and Airfield Estate where much of the produce on each evening will be sourced. The line-up for the Autumn Winter 2023 Supper Club series includes Jordan Bailey with Majken Bech Bailey, Surya Davies with Isobel Farrelly and Jess Murphy

Our guest chefs were chosen as they represent the values we have at Overends Kitchen and indeed in Gather & Gather of producing wonderfully tasty food sustainably and responsibly. Both the team and I are looking forward to what will be an exciting Autumn and Winter at Airfield Estate.”

The first supper club dinner will take place 29th and 30th of September and be hosted by Jordan Bailey and Majken Bech-Bailey. Jordan and Majken are the dynamic young husband and wife team behind Aimsir, the fastest straight to two-Michelin stars in the Great Britain and Ireland Guide. The couple are now operating their own hospitality and events consultancy, Bech-Bailey.  A five-course feast menu has been designed by Jordan for this special two-night residency at Overends. Showcasing the very best organic and seasonal ingredients from Airfield Estate. The five-course feast menu is priced at €95 per person. Tickets go for sale on Wednesday the 6th of September at noon from the Airfield Estate website.

November 9th will see Surya Davies, Head of Sustainable Food Production at Airfield Estate work alongside Isobel Farrelly, Head Chef at Overends Kitchen to create a truly farm-to-fork menu working with produce from the estate. 

Closing out the year in December is a festive Supper Club, ‘An Alternative Christmas’ by Jess Murphy of Galway’s Kai Restaurant on 7th December.

Tickets for Jordan Bailey and Majken Bech-Bailey at Overends are priced at €95 per person. Booking will be open from noon, Wednesday 6th September. Tickets for November and December Supper Clubs are priced at €75 per person which includes welcome drinks, snacks and a 4-course meal each evening.  All tickets may be purchased from the Airfield Estate website here.
